Once you’ve completed your classes, uploaded all required documents, and requested your DOT Physical and Permit Test funds through the FreeWorld app, you’ll receive a payout from FreeWorld via PayPal.
Here’s how to access it:
✅ Step 1: Log In to PayPal

Once you receive a text or email saying money has been sent, open the PayPal app and sign in. You should see a message: “Money is waiting for you.”
Tap on the notification to view your available funds.
💸 Step 2: Choose How to Use Your Funds
Option 1: Keep the Money in PayPal
Great if you have a PayPal Debit Card — spend your balance directly. Need one? Order here (delivery may take up to 2 weeks).
Option 2: Transfer to Your Bank Account
Tap “Transfer to Bank” in the PayPal app.
Select the free transfer option (takes 1–3 business days).

If this is your first transfer, link your bank account by entering your account and routing number.

👀 Step 3: View Payment Details
In the PayPal app, tap "Wallet" → "Activity" to see your payment history, including amount received, who sent it (FreeWorld), and what the funds are for.

You can order a PayPal Debit Card in the app — you’ll get a digital card instantly.

To request a physical card:
- Open the PayPal app and tap your PayPal balance.
- Select your PayPal Debit Card.
- Tap “Request a physical card.”

👀 Don't see your funds?
If funds aren’t showing after we’ve sent them, you may need to verify your PayPal account or claim the funds from the PayPal email.

NOTE:
Funds cannot be requested until you have completed all classes, passed all tests, and uploaded your identity documents.
FreeWorld can only send funds to your PayPal email. We do not have access to your PayPal account.
