🚌 FreeWorld Student Portal Introduction

Hello Free Agent!

If you received an acceptance text or email, you’re now on your way to achieving your CDL Class A and transforming your future. We want to introduce you to the FreeWorld Student Portal—your hub for everything you need on this journey.

✨ Accessing the Student Portal

Our student portal is a website: app.freeworld.org.
Open your Safari or Chrome browser, type in app.freeworld.org, and the login screen will pop up.

Here’s how to log in:

1. Enter the email address you used to apply to FreeWorld.
2. You’ll receive a four-digit code by text to the phone number we have on file.
3. Once you enter that four-digit code, you’ll gain access to your individualized student portal.

📝 Using Your Student Portal

When you first log in, you’ll see a list of tasks to complete to move forward in the program.

✅ First Step: Watch the Welcome Video

1. Click to watch the Welcome Video.

1. Once you finish, click “Next.”
2. Your checkbox will then appear as completed.

🎓 Next Step – Schedule Your Orientation

1. Watch the short video about Scheduling Your Orientation.
2. Click the button to schedule your orientation.
3. A calendar will pop up. Blue dates are available options.
4. Choose a date and time that works for you.
5. Click: “Next.” Confirm all your details.
6. Click: “Schedule Event.”

   
   
   

📧 Orientation Confirmation

You will receive an email with your orientation details and a Zoom link to attend. At the time of your orientation, open that email and click the Zoom link to join.

✔️ After Scheduling Orientation

1. Hit the X at the top right to close the scheduling window.
2. Click “Continue.” You’ll see that your orientation is scheduled.
   
   

💡 Tips & Navigation

• You will find tips for attending orientation and links for:
  • Setting up the Zoom app
  • Tips on using Zoom

Remember, if you ever feel lost, just click the button at the bottom of any page that says “Click here to go back to your checklist.”

📅 Important Note

The checkbox for attending orientation will not appear until you actually attend the Orientation. Make sure to show up so you can move forward in the portal and your FreeWorld journey.
