Prior to your scheduled Birth Certificate meeting on Zoom, please gather the Required Information:
Full name on the Birth Certificate
Date and place of birth (City, State & County)
Parents' full names (including mother’s maiden name)
A valid government-issued ID (if necessary)

Attending your Birth Certificate Meeting on Zoom
When you attend your scheduled Birth Certificate meeting on Zoom, you will immediately be placed in the waiting room until it is your chance to meet one-on-one with a Success Coach.

The Fee for your Birth Certificate
FreeWorld covers the cost for Birth Certificates, which typically range from $10 - $60+, depending on the state and shipping speed.

Wait for Processing and Delivery
Online requests take at least 2 weeks to arrive in the mail, so it is imperative to get started as soon as possible.
