How to Download Zoom on Your Device

Zoom is the video tool we use at FreeWorld for meetings, workshops, and interviews. Here’s how to set it up from your checklist:

✅ Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Click "Set Up Zoom" in Your Checklist
When it's time to set up Zoom, you’ll see an item in your checklist labeled "Set Up Zoom." Go ahead and click that.

2. Watch the Zoom Setup Video
A short video will appear. Watch it to understand how Zoom works and why we use it. Step 2 Zoom.jpg

3. Install Zoom
After the video finishes, you’ll see a button that says "Click here to install Zoom."

If you already have Zoom, it may open automatically.
If you don’t have Zoom installed, your device will prompt you to Install or Get the App (depending on whether you’re on a phone, tablet, or computer)

4. Open Zoom
Once installed, click Open to launch Zoom and make sure it works on your device.

5. Return to Your Student portal
Go back to the portal and click the button that says "Click here to move on."

6. Confirm Setup
You’ll be asked: "Did you set up Zoom on this device?"
Click Yes to mark the step complete.

Your Zoom steps will now be check off on your checklist.
